We are committed to providing you with high-quality services, and we stand behind the work we perform. This warranty outlines the terms and conditions under which we provide coverage for our services.

Please note that this warranty extends solely to the services provided by GTA Coatings & Paint Correction and does not impose any liability on the company, its founder, or its employees beyond what is specified herein.

1. Warranty Coverage:

1.1 Ceramic Coating Services:

GTA Coatings & Paint Correction provides a limited warranty on all ceramic coatings applied to all automotive, marine, commercial, and residential surfaces and applications, The warranty periods are as follows:

• 1-year warranty for 1-year functional life.
• 3-year warranty for 3-year functional life.
• 5-year warranty for a 5-year functional life.

1.2 Paint Correction Services:

• GTA Coatings & Paint Correction provides a limited warranty on all paint correction services performed on your vehicle's paint and gel-coated surfaces.

1.3 Wet Sanding/Color Sanding Services:

• GTA Coatings & Paint Correction provides a limited warranty on all wet sanding/color sanding services performed on your vehicle's automotive paint and gel-coated surfaces.

1. Warranty Terms and Conditions:

2.1 Warranty Period:

• The warranty period for the ceramic coatings corresponds to the functional life specified (1, 3, or 5 years) from the date of service completion.

2.2 Warranty Coverage:

• This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials related to the application of ceramic coatings, paint correction, wet sanding, and color sanding services, subject to normal wear and tear.

2.3 Exclusions:

• This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, environmental factors, or improper care and maintenance of your vehicle.

2.4 Maintenance Requirements:

• To maintain warranty coverage, you must follow the recommended maintenance guidelines provided by GTA Coatings & Paint Correction. Failure to do so may void the warranty.

2.5 Warranty Claims:

• In the event of a warranty claim, you must contact us at GTA Coatings & Paint Correction within seven (7) days of discovering the issue. We will evaluate the claim and, if it falls within the warranty terms, we will arrange for the necessary repairs or reapplication of the coatings, as determined by GTA Coatings & Paint Correction.

1. Limitations of Liability:

   • GTA Coatings & Paint Correction's liability under this warranty is limited to the reapplication or repair of the affected coatings or services. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

2. Transferability:

   • This warranty is transferable to subsequent owners of the serviced vehicle within the original warranty period.

3. Governing Law:

   • This warranty shall be governed by and construed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By accepting our services either in writing by email, letter, text, or verbally, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this warranty.
